Snoop Dogg is mourning his dog, Juelz.
The rapper, 53, revealed on Instagram that his beloved French bulldog has died, in a series of posts on Wednesday, June 11.
“Rip @juelzbroadus 😢,” he wrote alongside his first post announcing his dog’s death. “Thank wiz for giving him to me 🌹 🕊️.” Wiz Khalifa, 37, gifted Juelz to the rapper for his 43rd birthday in 2014, TMZ reported.
Snoop’s tribute post included a video of Juelz in the front seat of the rapper’s car, soundtracked by Weldon Irvine’s song “Morning Sunrise.”
He then added a second Instagram video, which featured a montage of photos of Juelz throughout the years, alongside Snoop as well as Snoop’s family members and friends.
“Miss my dogg @juelzbroadus,” he captioned the follow-up post. Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” with Charlie Puth played over the clip.

Several fans shared their condolences with Snoop in the comment section. “wish dogs could live forever 🕊️,” one user wrote.
Another added, “10 years for a frenchie is amazing, I bet he had the dopest life. 🙌🏼.” One wrote, “My guy losing a dog is worse than losing a person .. I said it”
“I’m so so sorry for your loss. Loosing our fur kids is loosing a family memeber,” another comment read.
Juelz’s life was documented frequently on Instagram, with an account dedicated to his adventures with Snoop. The last post was uploaded in June 2021 and showed the adorable pup looking directly at the camera, with a caption that read: “What ya looking @ ?”
Throughout the years, the photos showed the French bulldog on the road with Snoop, meeting the singer’s famous friends and of course “guarding” the superstar.
